emission, high performance vehicle conversion with 90% reduction in fuel costs. We are proud of the contribution to society
that changing the automotive powertrain from internal combustion to plug-in electric will provide.

Our Founders
Kurt Neutgens
Plug-In Motors Inc was founded in Missouri by Kurt Neutgens. Mr. Neutgens is the former Engineering Manager for the Ford
F150. His team of 40 individuals wer responsible for all design changes from the wheels to the headliner of the Ford F150, with
emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality improvements. With 17 yrs of experience at Ford in both Powertrain and
Vehicle operations, Mr. Neutgens delievers products to expectations.

Travis Winkelman
Mr. Winkelman's experience as a key development engineer on the Roush NASCAR Racing Team demonstrates his ability to
implement designs and concepts in a high pressure areana with great success. In adddition, Mr. Winkelman is a certified
machinist, fabricator, and welder.
